A:   Ashley, Joel Osteen is not my nephew, nor is he your cousin or our friend who was working at the Loaf n Jug in La Junta when we met Jack this morning.  I think that you don't see my comment from this morning because Google has taken over these blogs and has rewritten the programs to sell their own games and advertising.  They have also changed Google Docs.  That is why I'm rewriting the book and publishing IT in my office. (See our Ship's Log.)
