Success

In the United States, success is measured in monetary terms.  More specifically, it is measured in terms of capital.  This is important, I want my children to know, because the only way to build capital is to save your money.  The earlier you start, the more you can build.

Saturday 17 October 2015: I was listening to npr before 6 AM MDT.  I heard, "Today is too much digital.  Vinyl is touchable."  This was in answer to the question about why vinyl records are back in style.  I've been saving things like vinyl records for more than seventy years.  Today I have learned that they might be considered capital because they grow more valuable. It is my day of rest, and I'm reading Marc Wortman's The Millionaires' Unit.

Wednesday 21 October 2015:  I'm working to build a new business.  I hope to do what I have done in the recent past, use only my savings.
