A Holiday Success Story

Saturday:  Grandad hosted a party.  He and Mom played table games, served lasagna and took a day of rest.

Sunday:  Carolyn Ruth was working in the office while Grandad visited friends in Rocky Ford.  A week later, that was the Sunday before Thanksgiving, they both did a lot of napping!

Monday: I drafted a master letter transferring my thoughts from inside my head, through my fingers to the Internet and onto paper while Grandad waited for sunrise, and Mom did laundry.  Carolyn worked in her office, and Ruth helped her.

Tuesday:  Routine shopping day!

Wednesday:  Watering and free pie -- "hump day" -- Mom is watching TCM movies like
  1. The Secret Garden, or
  2. Beauty and the Beast
or Gilmore Girls these days in the afternoons until she falls asleep rather than meeting friends or children at La Junta's Village Inn.

Thursday:  We juggled desktops, keyboards and telephones before GOOD FRIDAY!  Use the comment section below to ask why.  PM Thanksgiving Day, Grandad got the message, "oink, oink -- I'm stuffed!"

IT is definitely working out well for Carolyn's Crisp-Yeager Foundation, CYFFR.
