Together As One: Under Grandad's Roof
All doors have been opened except the shower room where Psyche M'Lady safely sleeps, eats and does her business. This security has been provided to Psyche as queen of the household at Grandad's place. This moment in time will not last. Grandad will die. Carolyn will die. Ruth will die. We are all prepared for the inevitable. Still, this is a great story for a Wednesday afternoon just before Christmas.
Today's version of our story was inspired by a presentation for BOOK-TV. Ruth saw it. Her interest in journalism began immediately after her marriage to Terry Senty in Naperville, Illinois. She and Terry became friends with an author who lived in the Chicago area and who gave them a signed copy of his most recent work. The book is currently lost among the many items that Ruth and Grandad have been recycling.
